Ayer repetimos las PCR, teniendo en cuenta el proceso que ello conlleva (el cual ha sido en explicado en publicaciones previas) para checkear las siguientes construcciones:

1. L Nit+Blue VF2-VR 100+20+20+669=839+200

2. L Nit+Blue+T VF2-VR 130+20+20+669+129=968+200

3. L Ars+rbs+Yellow VF2-VR 518+15+699+20+20=1272+200

4. L Pb+rbs VF2+Pv r 581+20+20= 621+200

5. L Hg+rbs VF2-Hg r 570+20+20+100= 710

Yesterday we repeated the PCR, taking into account the process that entails (which has been explained in previous publications) to check the constructions of the upper part.

¡Hemos empezado agosto con buen pie!

Por fiiiiiin hemos obtenidos resultados correctos, y hemos podido seguir avanzando.

Para empezar el mes, hemos realizado el mismo proceso con el arsénico, mercurio y plomo: las ligaciones. El arsénico tenía previamente ligada la proteína yellow, y hoy se le ha ligado el terminador. Tras ello, hemos realizado su electroporación y lo hemos dejado creciendo overnight. En cuanto a los otros dos metales, hemos realizado sus ligaciones al completo (incluyendo las proteínas de color) y del mismo modo, se ha realizado su electroporación y se han dejado creciendo.

En relación con el nitrato, podemos afirmar que está listo para la inducción.

August gets off to a good start!!

To start the month, we have done the same process with arsenic, mercury and lead: the ligaments. The arsenic had previously bound the yellow protein, and today the terminator has been bound.
