Hoy hemos bajado para realizar la prueba de inducción con el plomo mientras se ha mandado a secuenciar. Para ello hemos hecho el preinóculo, picando una colonia del agotamiento por estrías realizado ayer, en medio líquido con antibiótico. Al mismo tiempo hemos realizado una nueva ligación con el arsénico para corregir los fallos anteriores. Finalmente, hemos realizado la electroporación de del nitrato (ligado ayer overnight) y del arsénico. Tras ello, hemos plaqueado el resultado de la electroporación.

Today we have done the induction test for lead, while the obtained constructions have been sent to sequence. At the same time, we have carried out a new ligation with arsenic to correct the previous mistakes. Finally, we have electroporated the nitrate and arsenic constructions. After that, we have plated the electroporation result.
