El martes, Laura y Onintza fueron las que se dedicaron principalmente al laboratorio, mientras que los demás miembros del equipo nos dedicamos a otros temas como la financiación, o las 'Human practices' . Entre las dos, contaron en qué se basó la tarde científica:
''Hoy en el laboratorio hemos realizado 5 electroporaciones, una de ellas control. En las electroporaciones utilizamos el nitrato con el terminador, el arsénico con la proteína yellow, el plomo con la RBS y el mercurio con la RBS. Para el control empleamos la ligación del nitrato con la proteína blue, que ya sabemos de su efectividad.
Tras tener las muestras 45 minutos a 37 grados en la centrifugadora, peleteamos y retiramos el sobrenadante. Después, resuspendemos lo que queda en los microtubos y plaqueamos.

On Tuesday, Laura and Onintza were mainly the two team members who spent the afternoon in the laboratory, while the rest were working in other issues such as financing or the 'Human practices' . Our two girls told us about the scientific part of the day:
''Today in the laboratory we have done 5 electroporations, one of them control. In the electroporations we have used nitrate with the terminator, arsenic with yellow protein, lead with RBS and mercury with RBS.
