¡Hola a todos!

¡Vamos a comernos otra semana!

Hoy lunes, en relación al laboratorio, hemos preparado nuevas PCR de colonia: 10 de plomo, 2 de arsénico y 3 de mercurio. También hemos preparado LB para con cada una de las colonias, para que, en el esperado caso de que sean correctas, podamos seguir avanzando. Del mismo modo, hemos preparado el gel de agarosa y se ha realizado la electroporación. Pero eso no ha sido todo, ya que también hemos realizado el preinóculo, hemos picado una colonia y la hemos dejado en medio líquido. Al mismo tiempo, debido a que no podemos bajar todos a la vez al laboratorio, otros componentes del equipo se han dedicado a pensar el diseño de la wiki (esa web que taaaaanta guerra da) y a la financiación.

Poco a poco vamos avanzando y se van viendo resultados. Y lo más importante, ¡seguimos aprendiendo!
