En primer lugar, hemos preparado los medios para el crecimiento de bacterias. Para ello, hemos diluido LB en agua desionizada y realizamos el autoclavado; es decir, esterilizamos los medios. Una vez completado el autoclave, añadimos el antibiótico, ya que este no se puede calentar (es termolábil). A continuación, plaqueamos el resultado en Petri, y así hemos obtenido los diferentes medios de crecimiento.

First, we have prepared the means for the growth of bacteria. To do this, we have diluted LB in deionized water and we have autoclaved; in other words: we sterilize the means. Once the autoclave has been completed, we add the antibiotic, since it can not be heated (it is thermolabile). Next, we have put on plates (in Petri) the result, and in this way we have obtained the different means of growth.
