Hemos obtenido resultados positivos en las pruebas de inducción con las construcciones de nitrato + BLUE y nitrato + YELLOW. En este momento, tras obtener el inóculo de cadmio, hemos comenzado la prueba de inducción. En cuanto al cobre, de la PCR de colonia de la construcción unida al vector final se ha obtenido una colonia positiva de la que se ha preparado el stock de glicerol y la miniprep. De la construcción de mercurio + PURPLE de las 10 colonias obtenidas ninguna ha tenido una PCR positiva, pero, al repetirla, se han obtenido dos de las que se ha preparado el stock de glicerol y la miniprep. En cuanto al arsénico como no se han obtenido colonias positivas con ninguna de las PCR realizadas, se ha preparado la miniprep para chequearla por digestión. 

We have obtained positive results from the induction tests with the nitrate + BLUE and nitrate + YELLOW constructions. At this point, after obtaining the cadmium inoculum, we have carried out the induction test with this metal. Regarding cooper, from the colony PCR of the parts linked to our final vector, we have obtained one positive colony, from which we have obtained the glycerol stock and the miniprep. As to the mercury + PURPLE construction, of the 10 colonies obtained none of them were positive, however, after a new try changing some factors, we have obtained 2 good ones with which we have done the glycerol stock and the miniprep. As for arsenic, since we haven't obtained positive colonies with the several PCRs carried out, we have prepared the miniprep to check It by digestion.
